In order for Plant Based Planet to do business over the internet, Plant Based Planet has third party partners who manage the Website and provide products and services that may be of interest to Customers.  These partners may draw information from other websites or online portals.  Plant Based Planet is not responsible for the accuracy or content of material collected by partners that is accessed by Customers.

Plant Based Planet may use recognised third party online payment providers or payment engines to facilitate payments by Customers.  These firms may use cookies to monitor usage of their websites or portals.  Customers should check cookies policy of all third party providers.

What Plant Based Planet does with your information

Plant Based Planet uses the information provided to receive, process and deliver Customer orders for vegan snacks and sweets.  Plant Based Planet will use the information held to instruct third party delivery providers on the addresses for delivery of Customer orders, report to suppliers any complaints about the quality of or defects with products and services Plant Based Planet sell or to inform statutory or regulatory bodies about health and food safety issues raised by Customers.

Managing your information

Plant Based Planet will retain payment information or any bank details for Customers.  Plant Based Planet has up to date anti-virus software which is regularly used and facilities for backing up its computer equipment to ensure the safety of data and records.

In the event of a breach of Plant Based Planet systems, Plant Based Planet will take such action as required to minimise the impact of the loss or corruption of data.  Plant Based Planet will notify Customers whose information may have been compromised within 48 hours of becoming aware of the breach

Plant Based Planet will only retain Customer details whilst the Customer has a subscription service or has placed an order within the past three months.  Unused details will be deleted by Plant Based Planet 12 months after the last access by the Customer

If you no longer want us to keep your details please let us know by contacting and we will delete any details we have for you.
